first space : タイトル : title
second space : メッセージ : message
third space with ? at the end : タグ : tag
right next to the button - add discussion : キャンセル : cancel


and use comment wall : コメント ウォール to introduce yourself if you like. click [ コメントを追加 ] should be at the bottom on center to add your greeting.
